Practicality and depth for real change
I believe that coaching is a field of deep self-knowledge and transformation, carried out for a well-defined goal, which has tangible results that can be used in everyday life.
It is not therapy, but structured, goal-oriented and in-depth development that is necessary for progress.

With a background in Applied Psychology (MSc, UK), Communication (BA) and English Literature and Teaching (MA), I work as a business coach with experts, middle and senior managers. Having worked in almost every industry and in many different organizational forms, I understand what goes on beneath the surface – whether in an agile, matrix or classic environment. In coaching, I combine practical steps with deeper self-knowledge, so that you can confidently move towards your goals, relying on your own strengths.
Business Coaching
Practicality and depth for real change
If you work with me, we will simultaneously move towards your goal on a tangible, practical level and descend into the depth of self-knowledge that you are ready for and without which there is no change.
Having worked in almost every industry and organizational form, both internally and as an external partner, I can easily and quickly see and understand very different industry, business, organizational, team and individual situations. I understand how an agile, matrix or classic organization works (and where it tends to get stuck) — not only in theory, but also in practice.
My processes are based on my MSc (UK) in Applied Psychology and BA in Communication, and the knowledge I gained through coaching, team coaching and other psychological training. The work together is always completely individualized, conscious, creative and targeted—and according to my clients, this is what really works. And this is what I enjoy the most. We succeed when you are empowered, relying on your own strengths and potential, and you can move towards your goal.
I work with experts, middle and senior managers, typically on:
-
career path topics
-
developing self-confidence
-
tolerance for uncertainty
-
resilience
-
decision-making issues
-
dilemmas arising from organizational changes
-
improving workplace relationship dynamics
-
stabilizing in a new position
-
and on public speaking situations
In short, to manage the complexity of life more effectively.
How do I work?
With over 600 hours of coaching sessions behind me, I have a lot of experience, but not from routine. Personalized, creative collaboration, when we put together a lot of experience and background knowledge, but always based on your situation, what are the obstacles, difficulties, what resources you already have and what can be tried and implemented the next day, because no two processes are the same. For this, I use:
-
psychological foundations and methods
-
communication and rhetorical skills and tools
-
systems approach
-
in-depth knowledge of a wide range of organizational operations
-
creative tools: situational situations, improvisational exercises, psychodramatic tools, tasks related to body sensations, imagination, drawing.
And what is most important to me, in addition to all this, I also use myself in the process: I am present at the same time as a person who is affected by the other person's presence and topic, and I am also there as a professional.
And when I'm not working:
-
We acknowledge it, we take it into account, but we don't get stuck in identity, roles, or labels, because they only narrow, box, and obscure something important, useful, and unique!
-
We also work with actors related to the topic, but we spend less time venting than we do with how you contribute to the situation, what doesn't serve you, and what you have influence over, what you can do.
-
We look at the environment in which your topic appears, but we don't stop there to see what the problem is at a systemic level, because the goal is to increase resilience and to make you armed.
