To take responsibility, and be present in your own life with real freedom – not just “survive”, but also shape it. That is the common thread in my clients' journeys and the beauty I love being part of. Most often, the focus is on career and role changes, decision-making dilemmas, tolerance for uncertainty and resilience, relationship dynamics, or public speaking situations.

My methods are based on, among others, my MSc in Applied Psychology (London Metropolitan University), coaching, team coaching and other psychological training and my BA in communication. I work in Hungarian and English, with an English language teacher and a humanities (MA) degree. With decades of experience in domestic and international large corporations, as an organizational developer and communications specialist, I understand exactly how people, relationships and systems interact with each other - whether in an agile, matrix or classic organizational environment.
