When you work with me, we will simultaneously progress on a tangible, practical level and go to the depth of self-knowledge you are ready for - because the two together bring about real change.

 

Psychological consultation is useful when you know you want to change something, but you're not sure what, how, or what will give you the strength to do it. In our process, we'll clear up the noise: we'll clarify what your question really is, what resources you already have, and what the next, realistic step is that you can try the next day.

 

We succeed when you are empowered, relying on your own strengths and potential, and are able to make decisions, communicate, and represent yourself – and not only understand, but also do what serves you.

 

You should seek out consultation when you want to arrive at a more stable self: with more energy, self-confidence, and inner peace. Together we will look at what is already working for you, what resources you have, and how you can consciously use them in your everyday life.

 

You are also in the right place if you face decisions, look for direction, or have run out of motivation: it is difficult to get started, or to persevere it. We can work on communication difficulties, conflicts, boundaries and self-assertion — to make it easier to say what you want and say no. In the meantime, we will develop and practice coping strategies that give you real support even in more stressful, burdensome periods.

 

How do I work?

 

The process is completely personalized, conscious, and targeted — with questions, honest feedback, and tasks that not only understand, but also move you. In our joint work, we regularly return to these three points:

3. A specific experiment you can try 

 

For this I use:

 

  • psychological foundations and methods

  • communication and rhetorical skills and tools

  • systems approach

  • creative tools: situational situations, improvisational exercises, psychodramatic tools, tasks related to body sensations, imagination, drawing.

 

And most importantly, in addition to all this, I also use myself in the process: I am present both as a professional and as a flesh-and-blood person who is affected by the presence and topic of the other.
